Salad
- Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the eggs in cold water until cool, then peel, slice, and set them aside.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, or until just tender.
- Lightly spray the tuna with olive oil, then chargrill for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until just cooked.
- Flake the fish into pieces using two forks.
- Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then refresh in cold water.
- Toss the eggs, potatoes, tuna, beans, tomatoes, olives, and lettuce together in a large bowl.
Dressing
- combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Drizzle over salad.
